The staff was extremely kind and accommodating, they even packed us breakfast when we had to leave early. The location is perfect, close to everything and easily accessible by transportation. The hotel facilities were practical and comfortable, and the cleanliness was excellent.

The room was smaller than we expected, and we were disappointed that we had to pay extra for visitors in our room. there were some minor maintenance issues, like a broken cabinet and slow wifi.

The hotel had a great location near many restaurants and close to the university. The single room was clean and comfortable with accommodating staff. The desk staff was very helpful and co-operative. Room service and cleaning were both excellent.

The family room was misleading and uncomfortable, with just one double bed and a mattress laid on the floor. Additionally, the cabinet next to the bed was broken and the sheets had hairballs.

The location of the hotel was perfect - close to many restaurants and shopping centers, and within easy reach of the main sights. Staff were friendly, accommodating, and always willing to help. The breakfast was delicious and the hotel even packed us a breakfast when we had to leave early on Christmas Day. The room itself was clean and comfortable, just the right size for a single or double occupancy. I appreciated the free wifi and the hot water, which made my stay even more enjoyable.

Although the room was clean and comfortable, I was disappointed by the lack of space in the family room. The bed was a double bed, and an additional mattress was laid out on the floor for a third person to sleep on.
